My son and daughter-in-law are proud parents of two adorable little boys and they will be great mates too!
A few months back we had a trip to Warwick. Dad had a fall up the back steps and fractured his upper arm and thigh. He was in a bit of a mess for a while but is on the mend now. He is a bit like me, hasn't got time to stay still. Actually, I bit like him!
Warwick is a nice place to stay. Well, at the time I was there (September) the weather was pleasant, although I took lots of winter clothes and then had to make a trip to the shops to get some spring/summer clothes.
Mum is with my sister at Camden way. We visit Mum on a regular basis. Although we wouldn't dare visit without the boiled fruit cake. Not sure if she is pleased to see us or the fruitcake!!! :-) She is doing ok taking everything in her stride, God bless her cotton socks.
Late September, I went to the ACT & NSW Association of Family History Societies Conference held at the Tradies, Gymea by Botany Bay Family History Society. I came away with lots of new tools to assist with family history and of course one was blogging :-)
My daughter has finally found a nest on acres. For years she has had a dream of living on property. Well, she got her horse a few years ago and now she is about to experience life on the land. She is in her element at the moment. The boys are loving it too. Very fortunate to be on property so close to town with all the amenities.
We've got to have our dreams.
Well, hope I get back to this blog sooner than I did last time.
See you then!
Before I finished I had a browse through my photographs.
Do you recognise any one in the photo?
A few hints:
It is female.
She is in the second row.
It was taken at Leadville, NSW.
